The origins — Seville
Alvaro Dominguez Pacheco founds TEPRO CONSULTORES in Seville, Spain. The group begins in agriculture and rural development: management, technical studies and consulting for agricultural, livestock, forestry companies and public corporations.
First expansion — Cordoba
A first subsidiary opens in Cordoba under the name TEPRO Córdoba, extending the same services to the provinces of Cordoba, Jaén and Málaga.
New subsidiary — Extremadura
The group grows with the creation of TEPRO Extremadura, covering Extremadura and later extending to neighboring Portugal.
Expansion to Portugal
TEPRO Portugal opens in Evora. The group develops building (industrial, commercial, hospitals, schools), agriculture, rural development and hydraulic works. This Portuguese experience sparks the idea of international expansion.
Expansion to Bulgaria
Creation of TEPRO Bulgaria, the first presence outside the Iberian Peninsula.
Arrival in Morocco
Creation of BETEPRO SARL in Tangier, a multidisciplinary engineering office active in project management and technical studies.
Establishment in Gambia
TEPRO Gambia is established, strengthening the group's presence in West Africa.
Expansion to Senegal
Creation of TEPRO Anambé SARL in Senegal, confirming the group's African development strategy.

The capital of all group companies is held by their own staff — a condition written into the bylaws. The TEPRO Group has existed since 1975 under the regime of an S.L. (Spanish limited liability company), whose capital is mainly subscribed by the employees themselves.

Born from this adventure, BETEPRO is a multidisciplinary engineering firm active in project management and technical studies. It leverages the know-how accumulated by the TEPRO Group and its subsidiaries, which have completed projects in over 15 countries.
Projects completed in Peru, Brazil, Guyana, Vietnam, Cambodia, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana and many more.
